60 Ton Gantry Crane Inspection
Before the gantry crane is erected, it is necessary to prepare for the reliability of all lifting equipment and site safety. Its erection work is much larger than that of a bridge crane, and there are many erection methods.
- Use a single mast to erect
First bundle the trolley on the installed main beam rail, and consider the center of the bridge when binding. When the bridge rises to a height slightly higher than the height of the legs, the pre-installed rigid legs and flexible legs are respectively translated along the track to the lower side of the bridge, the bridge is lowered, and the bolts or rivets are used to fasten and connect.
- Erect with double mast

- When erecting with a mobile crane, first lift one end of the bridge and pad the bracket at the other end. If it is difficult to pad up once, you can use the sleeper to layer up until it is slightly higher than the design elevation, then pull up the legs, translate it under the bridge, put down the bridge, and fasten it with bolts or rivets. If two mobile cranes are used, the bridge can be lifted from both ends and placed on the legs.
